I have finally finished looking over my report and found it to be VERY helpful!  The information received has been more helpful than all the Dr. visits and test I have endured these past 3 years.  I am happy to know that I have many options and directions to take for my condition.

The Report was amazing . Your Report was the first time anyone has ever noted [personal medical details redacted].

I have since put into action [personal medical regime redacted] noted in the Diagnosis Report, and and my health and vitality has imroved amazingly. I am almost a different man, and that is before I tackle some of the other problems pointed out in the Report.
