I have found it extremely detailed with lots of ideas and suggestions on how to improve my overall health, many of which I will be implementing. I have had to attend hospital appointments every 12 weeks for the past 18 months or so and the doctors there don't really seem to know what to do with me. They have not given me any of the advice that you have given me in my report, and in fact, I feel that they treat me like a leper and would rather I wasn't there at all. I feel I can now do some more things to help myself as a result of your report and I am very grateful for your input and advice so far - Thank you for listening! Eve --and later-- (To her reviewing doctor:) I am in the process of implementing many of the things you have said so I expect they will take a few weeks or so for me to start to feel the full benefits of them, but it is nice to feel that I can be so proactive in my own treatment of myself, thanks to you. It's probably psychological, but I already feel a bit better from the things I have already managed to start taking on your advice, even the simple things such as drinking more water, and your positivity has helped tremendously! I really appreciate your honesty too as it has helped greatly to talk to someone who has just been straight-talking about it all and given me some very clear suggestions on what to do to help myself. I really enjoyed receiving my medical report and have read it so many times now I almost know it off by heart!
