Thank you for offering this service, it is very comprehensive. I did not realise how many questions and how much time it was going to take to complete it - maybe give people a heads up about that or make it more obvious in the sign up. However I really appreciate that you are putting it out there for no cost for people and helping them to work out how to at least short list what things to look for and talk to their Dr about, as you get 10 mins with the Dr and often its to hard to explain what you are experiencing in ways that they can understand, yet this feels very comprehensive. Perhaps we should routinely do these and the Dr in the future will get a report that short lists things and can start the conversation with patients off on the right path to make it easier for the Dr and patient to get diagnosed and treated?
