Again, thank you for all the great information, now atleast I have a direction to go in. I couldn't believe how accurate you were and I feel that I am on the right path.  Magnesium and Vitamin B capsules are certainly working for me, when it comes to headaches.
Headaches have been a huge pain for me for most of my life and I have tried so much to fix this problem. Forever illiminating things, just in case this or that triggers off a painful day.
I have only had 2 headaches in the last month and the second one was self inflicted with wine.

This was one of the most comprehensive surveys I've seen & I liked that you could comment since often questions aren't enough to say what you need. I feel hopeful for the first time in awhile.
