Having Been Raped

Evaluating Risk Factors: Consequences Of Rape

Evaluating your likely current (and near future) state of health means taking into account the risk factors — such as having been raped — that affect you.   Our medical diagnosis tool, The Analyst™, identifies major risk factors by asking the right questions.

Diagnose your symptoms now!
  • see your health summarized and in detail
  • have a doctor review your case (optional)
  • identify any nutritional deficiencies
In the Emotional Symptoms section of the questionnaire, The Analyst™ will ask the following question about having been raped:
Did you suffer rape after the age of 18?
Possible responses:
→ No / don't know
→ Probably, but it is no longer a significant issue
→ Yes, but I feel it is as resolved as it can be
→ Yes, it is still an unresolved issue for me
→ Yes, still a traumatic unresolved issue for me

The Diagnostic Process

Based on your response to this question, which may indicate having suffered rape, The Analyst™ will use differential diagnosis to consider possibilities such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  Although many people still equate PTSD with combat trauma, the experience most likely to produce PTSD is rape.
