Neurostructural Therapy (NST) is a technique developed in Australia by Micheal Nixon Levy, based on the work of osteopath Tom Bowen. It is a very powerful and effective advanced Bowen Therapy which can be used to resolve a plethora of health problems, both acute and chronic, in a gentle, timely and safe manner. Results are consistently long lasting for even the most severe and chronic cases. Its place in the field of bodywork is well-established, as evidenced by the many hundreds of practitioners around the world. NST is so soft and gentle that most people are skeptical that a touch that light can actually do anything; soon they realize how mistaken they were as their body starts to undergo dramatic shifts.

NST uses a series of gentle moves on specific muscles or at precise points on the body to create an energy flow and vibrations between these points. This allows the patient's body to communicate better with itself and balance the other tissues, muscles and organs.

The method of action is most likely to be through the autonomic nervous system, allowing the body to better carry out its many functions the way it was designed to. NST is performed with a light touch and can even be done through clothing. There are pauses between sets of moves to allow your body to assimilate the energy and vibrations.
