I think this questionnaire is a great idea and should make it much easier to uncover health issues - something I struggled with greatly before finally being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency.

This is the second time I have used Diagnose Me.  Many years ago (perhaps 10 - 15years ag) I used your service and then wrote back to the same doctor years later and he was surprised and delighted to respond to me.   Then I came back and have been privileged to get a fine report from Dr Fisel - it has helped me a lot!  and he offered to have me ask more questions if need be.   Over the years I have found your on line diagnostic tool to be a very reliable source of information - in fact more accurate in most cases than a physician who often does not have time to carefully review each case.   I have recommended this site to many many of my friends because of this.
