I have been reading and researching for months on how I can get better without prescription meds. Usually, when I go to my family doctor and mention the extreme fatigue the only recommendation is to increase the dosage on the anti depressant. Even though I have told him I don't believe that is the issue. The only test he has run in the last 2 years was a thyroid panel so I really appreciate your referrals on these diagnostic labs. Thank you for recommending the "dosages" on the supplements. In my own research I have come across many of the same recommendations based on my symptoms but I never knew the recommended dosage for a specific health issue. So, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I wish I would of better understood the importance of nutrition when I was younger. I look back on some of the abuse I put my little body through never ever realizing the damage I was doing mentally, physically and spiritually. Oh well, I guess better late then never.
