I would like to express my thanks for the report I received. It was well worth the money I paid and [the reviewing doctor] was wonderful. I received more info from him than all of the doctors I have been to in years. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit your website and fill out the questionaire. At first, I thought it might be a hoax. Once I opened the results, I knew I was wrong.
