I would like to express my thanks for the report I received. It was well worth the money I paid and [the reviewing doctor] was wonderful. I received more info from him than all of the doctors I have been to in years. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit your website and fill out the questionaire. At first, I thought it might be a hoax. Once I opened the results, I knew I was wrong.
Thank you for your wonderful service. Keep up the good work and know how much you have helped me in solving part of my mystery diagnosis.

I must say that it was very helpful to actually ask myself all the questions
on your questionnaire and do a self health assessment and when I thought
about the answers to the questions, I realized that there were a few matters
needing attention that I had not thought about before, or thought I was
doing ok on. It comes down to knowing your own body and knowing yourself.
