(To her reviewing doctor:) Hello, I wanted to thank you for you very detailed report on my health issues.  I copied some notes you made about adrenal insufficiency because I too saw a
remarkable correlation of symptoms.  Asked my doctor what she thought and she is going to test for that, along with hemachromotosis again.

You site is terrific and i am so glad i found you.  Thanks for such a great service.

702 Donna Hall, CanadaOctober, 2008

Hello!  I'm just letting you know that I did receive your email.  I can't believe how detailed it is!  I haven't got the time at this point in time to read it as I was just checking to see if I received it, but "thankyou" again!

703 Zvi Shneerson, IsraelOctober, 2008

(To his reviewing doctor:) Thanks so much for your report; it is the most comprehensive health report I've ever obtained.  I really need to study the report carefully and I may have questions.  I am very impressed by the quality and will recommand this to my friends.     Thanks again

704 Ann Sweet, North Bend, WA, USAOctober, 2008

I feel that the questions were direct and that they covered a broad range.  I think all DR should have this program in their office.  People go in and forget half of things they want to ask about.

705 Mrs. J. Meyer, Utah, USAOctober, 2008

it's about time someone did this
it's nice that someone will take the time anymore these days

706 Ms. Adrienne F., Texas, USAOctober, 2008

(To her reviewing doctor:) First of all, thank you for my report.  I found your service online quite randomly, filled out your form impulsively, and regretted it immediately after having sent it off - a little buyers remorse.  I'm a graduate student who can hardly afford to be throwing her money around =).  But after having read this remarkably thorough report, I'm grateful that I followed this particular impulse, and having a copy of this on hand in future will help me immeasurably.  I also noticed that several conditions you mentioned in the report are very familiar to me, as my parents or close family members are already struggling with disorders such as Celiac, fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism, conditions that I don't think I actually mentioned on the form.  Although the flurry of information you sent me was a little bewildering, and I'm still sifting through it, it's very important for me to know that it's here as a reference.

Thank you for all your help, and for having a look at this last question - I appreciated this service, and will be sure to pass on my positive experience.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

YOUR SERVICES AT DIAGNOSE ME SENT ME AN ANALYTICAL REPORT IN A FEW HOURS AFTER COMPLETING YOUR SURVEY WHICH WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED.  THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING IN MY CARE.  THIS WAS AN AMAZING APPROACH YOU TOOK TO HELP ME WITH SOME UNRESOLVED PROBLEMS OF CONCERN AND YOUR FEED BACK WAS CARING AND THAT IS RARE AS NONE OF THESE ARE ALL LAYED OUT AT A DRS. OFFICE.  THEY ONLY HAVE EDUCATED GUESSES AS BASICALLY THAT IS HOW MEDICINE WORKS.  YOUR A BLESSING IN DISGUISE AND WILL BE REWARDED IN THE END BY MANY.

I just want to thank you for your invaluable service to others and myself!  I am waiting for an appointment with a Dr, but until then, I am hopeful that your help will also help my Dr's review.  As for my other ailments....you hit them right on the button!  Just wanted to thank you again for all your help and concern.  thanks!  Judy

711 Nathalie Dawson, Illinois, USANovember, 2008

Thank you so much! You don't know how much this has helped. Your analysis is so accurate as to what is wrong. Thank you again. Nathalie.

712 Bob Caple, Idaho, USANovember, 2008

I did receive the free preliminary analysis and greatly appreciate it. It pretty much says exactly what I suspected.

713 Anita Jorgy, CanadaNovember, 2008

714 Tony Whieldon, Balderson, Ontario, CanadaNovember, 2008

Hello.  Excellent system and very thorough, confirming much of what I know but also making suggestions I'm not aware of.  Good value overall.  Thank you, Tony

715 Maria Muccillo, Victoria, AustraliaNovember, 2008

I would like to thank you for the report; it was a consolidation of the areas I know need attention.  I think you provide a great service which is lacking in Australia.  Thankyou to [the reviewing doctor] for a comprehensive report

Cheers Maria from Melbourne Australia

716 Ken Black, United KingdomNovember, 2008

The questions have been the most comprehensive and best I have ever been through from any doctor/medical agency.

717 Louis Morrison, UKNovember, 2008

Dear Sir/Madam,

May I thank you for a very interesting diagnostic report.

I shall not immediately ask for a more detailed report for, with my professional and formal understanding of what has been said, I have enough clues for now to follow-up certain recommendations.

However, I shall be viewing my own attempts at change with 'some interest' - and will certainly come back for more specific information as I may later desire.

I thank you again for the opportunity to explore this holistic diagnostic approach through your website.

Sincerely,
Louis Morrison.

718 Allannah Law, AustraliaNovember, 2008

I found the report excellent. You are never sure what you're actually getting on the Internet - but as a person who works in the wellness industry I found the report very informative and helpful. The beauty of a computer analysis is, while failable, it is completely objective!

Many thanks,
Allannah

(To her reviewing doctor:) Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly (even over the Thanksgiving holiday!) with my health evaluation from Diagnose Me.com.  There are so many things to review and consider.  This site is a very impressive tool (which could be why it took me nearly 2 hours to fill out the comprehensive health questionnaire) and I very much appreciate your traditional and holistic approach to my symptoms.

Thank you again - I really wish we lived closer so I could consult with your personally.  I live in a small vacation town, with not a lot of resources for holistic healing.  We have half a dozen family doctors, all very traditional in their approach (even those who claim to be "integrative" are just dabbling and are more interested in selling their line of supplements).  Over nearly the last 5 years, I have been through batteries of tests (including a CT chest scan), trials of all kinds of expensive drugs that did not work, wrong diagnosis, alarmist behavior on the part of medical professionals ("well, obviously you have Lupus!" I don't) that have sent me into panic for weeks - all in the quest to find out "what is wrong with me? Why don't I feel well? Why am I so exhausted, achey, dizzy, foggy headed, anxious, worried?".  "Why does my body always feel so sick and run down when it used to be so effortlessly healthy that I never gave a thought to it?"  Even with insurance, it is quite ridiculous.  If I could consult with you over the phone, I would be very interested.  Because I could use some calm common sense recommendations without all the drama.

720 Joy R., AZ, USANovember, 2008

(To her reviewing doctor:) Thank you for the in-depth health evaluation on me.  I wish my doctor(s) would open there minds and investigate my health concerns further.  My primary care doctor and an internist (which I have recently seen since my 2 emergency room episodes) want to put me on antidepressants, because I am depressed and that is what is wrong with me.  YES, I AM DEPRESSED. I don't feel well and I am so frustrated and know that there is more wrong with me than just depression.   I feel like I have been banging my head up against the wall for several years and it all is coming to a head.

I am looking for a new primary care doctor and I have heard that he is caring and open minded.  I so hope that he will embrace the health evaluation report and use it as a guide to figure out what is up with me.

Your insight is so appreciated. Thank you.
