Wow, that is very impressive for a computer generated report.  I am amazed how it coincides with the research I am doing, even though it generates the conclusions from a different angle.

Just a quick note to thank you for your prompt efficiant service, I have no objection to seeing a doctor but our health service is at present diabolical my Dr keeps telling me I have a virus and wants to give antibiotics which I need like a lobotomy. I know it is not a virus and I have strongly suspeted some of the findings you have highlighted, I am feeling better already and have begun implementing most of the advice.
