Saving and changing your answers No personal data is stored on our web site.  Each time you save a page, it is stored in our database.  If you need to go back and redo a page, that is not a problem. Recent lab/diagnostic test results Lab test results obtained during the past year can be entered towards the end of the questionnaire.  Although they help us confirm or rule out certain conditions, they are not required. If you don't have time to finish If it is not possible to complete the questionnaire in one sitting, you can return later and the system will remember where you were.
