Non-Aerobic Exercise Level

Evaluating Risk Factors: Low Level Of Exercise

Evaluating your likely current (and near future) state of health means taking into account the risk factors — such as non-aerobic exercise level — that affect you.   Our medical diagnosis tool, The Analyst™, identifies major risk factors by asking the right questions.

Diagnose your symptoms now!
  • check your overall health status
  • let The Analyst™ find what's wrong
  • understand what's happening to your body
In the Lifestyle section of the questionnaire, The Analyst™ will ask the following question about non-aerobic exercise level:
Approximately how much moderately strenuous NON-AEROBIC exercise do you manage to get each week? Also known as anaerobic exercise, examples include weight training, circuit training or other load-bearing exercises.
Possible responses:
→ Don't know
→ Less than 2 hours total per week
→ 2-5 hours total per week
→ 5-7 hours total per week
→ Over 7 hours total per week

The Diagnostic Process

Based on your response to this question, which may indicate low anaerobic exercise level, moderate anaerobic exercise level, good anaerobic exercise level or very good anaerobic exercise level, The Analyst™ will use differential diagnosis to rule out issues such as Problems Caused By Being Overweight.  Our indication of whether a person is overweight is based on the BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation.  If you perform a lot of non-aerobic exercise then much of your 'excess' weight is likely to be muscle mass rather than fat.  In this case, a BMI-based assertion that you are overweight may be untrue.
