Pain in the quite middle of head?

My friend is facing this problem. He says, when i wake up in the morning i feel pain in quite middle of the head and it makes me trouble, I feel laziness too. I promised him to discuss his problem with experts. Please lend me a hand. Thanks.

The symptoms are quite vague and could be due to a variety of problems; 'hard to sort out without more details. For example, what does "makes me trouble" mean? What relieves the pain or makes it worse? Is there any history of other illnesses or surgeries, does he take any kind of medicine on a regular basis? Have any tests been run yet, etc.

The one thing that does come to mind however, is allergic reaction. What did he eat, drink, breathe in or put on on his skin the night before these headaches. Is there any pattern?
