A cold is a hard thing to cure, because it is the end product of how well you take care of yourself generally, combined with a constantly changing environment of "bugs" that float by for which your immune system has no current memory.

All the things that your grandmother always said still apply: get plenty of rest and fluids (preferably clean water), reduce all mechanical, chemical, and emotional stress to minimum (okay, maybe grandma didn't say that), and get as much fresh air as the weather and your condition will permit.

Your question is rather broad (to put it mildly), so if you could state more specific symptoms or circumstances, a more specific reply would be forthcoming!

Cold is due to the intake of cold food, drinks and fried stuff etc and then it cause cough.Seasonal changes is also one of the reason, and improper digestion of food transforms into the muscus toxin and this circulates through the body and reaches the respiratory system, where it causes colds.
