rash

Hello,

I have been getting a flushing/blotchy rash on my face for the past 4 months. There is no rhyme or reason for it, but sometimes it flares up when I am warm, like bundled up in bed or when I am upset. Can anyone tell what this looks like? I have bad seasonal allergies, so maybe it has something to do with that?
