I am a traditional naturopathic doctor and medical intuitive. I have practiced alternative therapies for over 20 years with over 14 years in Austin, Texas. During a 10-year cancer challenge, I experienced a shaman's death; this permitted me access to a unique combination of knowledge and skills.
I've had a chance to speak internationally and author an inspirational book on how to move through a cancer experience, returning to a state of health. With a degree in Legal Administration and a Doctorate of Naturopathy, I left the legal field to devote my life to helping people understand a more complete approach to healing.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japaneses word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy which is all around us. This energy or "ki" flows through the body. Blockage of ki results in forms of mental, physical, and emotional disease. Reiki helps restore the flow of ki which allows the body to stay in balance both physically and emotionally.
Reiki is a form of healing and spiritual awakening, recieved and developed 100 years ago in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui and brought to the west via Hawaii in 1937. There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can recieve or learn to give a Reiki treatment, the only prerequisite is the desire to be healed.
Reiki healing can be given anywhere and at any time as no special equipment is needed. The practitioner is a channel which the energy is drawn through by the need or imbalance in the recipient. Reiki flows to the areas of need, soothing pain and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki restores balance in one's life.
Cindy became a certified Reiki Master in 2008 by completing levels I, II, and III of the Reiki Certification Process. She strives in helping clients heal through a natural and non-invasive approach. With a comforatable and inviting atmosphere, clients are able to relax and allow the stresses of the day to melt away while allowing their bodies to reap the benefits of Reiki.
Cindy's intentions are to support her clients in meeting life and well being more effectively. She believes that the body has its own healing mechanisms within itself and can create balance through the assistance of nature. She uses the universal life force energy to bring balance and harmony to ones body and soul. In order to create harmony one must balance between the physical, mental, social, and spiritual realms of life. Health is not just the absence of disease but rather balance in all aspects of life.
