Left Iliac:
The abdomen is the area between the chest and the hips.  Divided into a 3-by-3 grid, the lower-left abdomen lies above the left hip.  This is also known as the left iliac region or left iliac fossa.  It contains the descending colon, sigmoid colon, small intestines, and (in females) left ovary and left fallopian tube.
Left Lumbar:
The abdomen is the area between the chest and the hips.  Divided into a 3-by-3 grid, the middle-left abdomen lies below the bottom of the left rib cage.  This is also known as the left lumbar region.  It contains the descending colon, left kidney tip, and small intestines.
Leukosis:
Abnormal proliferation of any of the tissues that produce white blood cells.
